LEMUEL HAYES
BIO: I’m originally from the Athens area and studied mechanical engineering at Georgia Tech. I left GT in my junior year to pursue my career as a professional drummer/percussionist.
What year you were here and with whom did you intern?
I worked at Team C from 2008-2009 with Morgan Klaus, Carrie Dagenhard, Erika Frank, Casey Carter Moleno, Katherine Kennedy and Hillyer Jennings. At the time, Candice and Lucas were press and Bill, Shil & JJ were radio. I did pretty much a little bit of everything.
Your most distinct memory of interning at Team Clermont?
Most distinct memory is the week that I was thrown into the fire and made some calls for Shil when he had an emergency to attend to. Awkward phone calls a-plenty!
What you have done music industry related between then and what
are you doing now?
I’m completely immersed in the industry. I’m a professional musician that does all kinds of gigs for hire. I teach lessons, play in musicals, do recording sessions and play in local acts. Currently, I play semi-regularly with Monahan, Ruby Kendrick, Electrophoria & pacificUV. In the past, I played with MISFORTUNE5OO and spent some time playing for Cindy Wilson of The B-52’s.

How to easily circumvent Twitter’s censorship By @Rosa Golijan
On Thursday, Twitter announced plans to restrict tweets in certain countries.
By Friday, some clever folks already figured out an incredibly simple way to circumvent the service’s censorship. Anna Haim of The Next Web explains that Twitter’s own Help Center actually reveals the trick.
Here’s how it all works. Since content is going to be blocked on a country-by-country basis, Twitter has to identify the country from which you’re viewing tweets. To do this, it relies on your IP address — which means that there are plenty of scenarios in which your country could be misidentified. Twitter’s Help Center provides instructions on how to change your country setting if you believe that your location has been misidentified by the service.
All you have to do is head into your “Account Settings” and scroll down until you see the “Country” drop-down menu. There you can select the country from which you’re actually viewing tweets. Or — as you might guess — you can easily fib a little bit and switch the country setting to one in which a particular tweet isn’t censored. Yes, circumventing Twitter’s country-by-country censorship is that simple.
Twitter THIS TWEET WITHHELD: This tweet by @Username has been withheld in: Country
So now if you ever spot a grayed-out tweet similar to the example above, you know what to do in order to find out what it says. Just keep in mind that you have to change the country listed in your “Country” setting, not your “Profile Location.”
So. Want to add some holiday cheer to your blog or site really quickly and easily so all your readers will notice your human touch and send you praise, warm wishes and bags of money? Well you can. It is as easy as a quick copy - paste.
Simply take this code and paste it in your blog or site code directly ABOVE “</body>”
<!— SNOWFLAKES —>
<script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://files.main.bloggerstop.net/uploads/3/0/2/5/3025338/snowstorm.js”/>
</script>
SEE HOW Easy that is? Just make sure it is directly above this:
</body>
Now you have snow. Just take it down before spring or someone may figure out a way to bomb your site with big heavy snowballs.
